In Alseno, on the border
between Piacenza and Parma, it's possible to find the
factory that can boast one of the
most complete and appetizing range of Italian cold meats
and salami: Salumificio Alsenese. Salami, coppa, bacon,
cooked and Parrna ham, cacciatorino, zampone, speck,
schiacciata, mortadella. Sweet and hot salami, smoked and
natural matured, specialities from North and South with a
careful distribution on all the national territory,
islands included. The delicious products of protected
origin arise from here: coppa, pancetta and salami of
Piacenza. From Emilia, Salumificio Alsenese is serving
all the quality of our home cold meats and salami on the
ltalian tables.
The care and the
professionalism of Salumificio Alsenese were undoubtedly
so rewarded by the Consumer that in 1995 the Company
renewed and enlarged the factory conformirig to the EEC
rules. Today, Salumificio Alsenese spreads out over an
area of 8.000 sq.m. and it has a production capacity of
700 q of finished product per week. The sales network
guarantees a widespread distribution and a careful
service all over ltaly. Thanks to the very refined
technology adopted, the Company aims at production and
managerial levels more and more optimized, in the nonstop
pursuit of quality.
Salumificio Alsenese has
always worked in respect of the ancient traditions
correlated to cold meats and salami, but with a great
consideration of market expectations. These products ara
a guarantee of genuineness and tastiness, even
considering the right quality-price ratio. This is key to
